We have a number of notices across our product categories, indicating delay timescales. These are very clear and where we do not know the timescale, we have advised not to place an order. Those which list weeks+ show that the number is the minimum timeframe, the plus indicating it could take longer than that.
Our delays are a there for a mix of reasons, some being; the Christmas rush, the move to a new (smaller) premises, the time we took to recover from Covid, the national cardboard shortage, having to work from a temperamental dongle, the lack of manpower (we are but two ladies) and so on. We appreciate that many of you have been especially patient with everything we have been going through. However, we just want you to be aware of why we do not send regular updates. The first reason being, a lot of the time, we don't know anything new to be able to tell you. If it's a box or product delivery we are waiting on, they will often just turn up unannounced. This is why we say you'll receive an automatic shipped email next, as we will always do our best to dispatch on delivery date or the next working day. Second being, it's difficult to email every individual customer with an update on their product, as there is just so much going on right now and not enough hours in the working day.
