How our deliveries work

Once you have ordered your tortoise we will contact you by telephone so please make sure you include a mobile number on your order and or email to arrange a delivery date.

Every item on your order will arrive at the same time.

Walkers collect from us on a Wednesday and they WILL be delivered the following day ( Thursday ) this is guaranteed !

Walkers will text or call before delivery so you have an idea of the delivery time.

We have worked with a couple of tortoise couriers over the last few years

And we can honestly say Walkers are simply the best by far. Every driver we have spoken to are pleasant and courteous and we have NEVER had a missed or late delivery!!!!!!!
